WHY JOIN?
HDRA membership connects you with your neighbors and keeps you engaged in the life of our historic downtown community. Members receive a directory of fellow residents, invitations to social events, and regular updates on neighborhood news and activities.
Membership also provides opportunities to:
- Stay informed about issues affecting the historic district
- Participate in community initiatives and preservation efforts
- Support events and programs that enhance our neighborhood
- Have a voice in matters that impact downtown residents
BUSINESS BENEFITS
By becoming an HDRA member, your business gains visibility and connection within the downtown community. Members may receive social media recognition, inclusion in HDRA-sponsored events, and promotional opportunities that highlight and support local businesses.

Dues are $30 for the coming calendar year. Dues for both classes of membership are due by Feb 28. All members please fill out the membership form online so that we have current information for the directory.

Membership is open to all homeowners in the district, whether resident or non-resident, as well as year-round tenants of residential properties.
Former residents may continue their involvement as “Friends” of HDRA. Owners and operators of businesses in the district are also eligible to join as “Friends” of HDRA.
Please complete the membership information section presented at checkout. New members joining on or after October 1 will receive membership through the following year for the cost of the annual membership.
